enduco builds a periodised plan from training history and a daily subjective check-in, re-planning with a Banister-style fitness-fatigue model and adjusting when sessions are missed, the check-in flags fatigue or the athlete sets a sick or injured status. It imports from Garmin, Wahoo, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Fitbit, Strava, Hammerhead, Rouvy and Apple Health and exports planned workouts to Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto, COROS, Hammerhead, Rouvy, Intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks and Apple Watch. The AI coach chat can reschedule, delete, assign or shorten workouts. Two subscription tiers (EUR 14.99 and 21.99 per month) differ only in the chat message allowance; there is a 14-day trial.

Scores
1–5 per dimension by the published rubric. Each score links to its evidence. Blank means no public evidence yet.
| Dimension | Score | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Plan quality | 4 | Help centre documents an EWMA fitness-fatigue model (42/7-day windows) citing Banister 1975, Busso & Thomas 2006 and others, plus a Base A/B/C-Build-Peak-Taper periodisation; vendor documentation only, independent confirmation of plan quality is mixed. evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
| Adaptation | 4 | Three-month test: plan paused during illness and restarted gradually, and workload changes re-shaped remaining sessions; vendor documents a daily Hooper-Index check-in that can lighten or delete a session and sick/injured statuses with gradual return. No device HRV/sleep input; rennrad-news users say a failed session is not detected (thread 179534). evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
| Workout feedback | 3 | Reviewer: workouts export to Garmin by power, HR or pace with interval structure; completed sessions are compared with the plan and get feedback on adherence accuracy plus a workout briefing, but a run done by HR was still evaluated by pace. Per-session adherence summary confirmed; no deeper debrief described. evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
| Coaching relationship | 3 | Reviewer used the AI coach chat with preset options to add rest days or change intensity/duration; the chat is capped at 10 or 100 messages per week by tier and the reviewer says it is no substitute for a human coach's dialogue. evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
| Transparency | 3 | Reviewer reports a visual briefing and an info button explaining each workout's parameters, plus plan-vs-actual comparison; the help centre explains phases and the load model, but reasons for individual plan changes are not shown. evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
| Value for money | 3 | EUR 14.99/mo (about EUR 120/yr) includes the full adaptive plan and all integrations; the chat allowance is the only paywalled difference. Two German reviewers call it fair versus a human coach; some rennrad-news users felt the annual fee was not worth it. evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
| Athlete sentiment | 3 | Mixed: rennrad-news users criticise interval structure and reliability; TrainerRoad thread (t/72712) has a satisfied long-term iOS user and an Android user calling the app buggy; App Store DE 4.5/5 from 497 ratings; running-culture.de test positive. evidence checked 2026-10-13 |
